The Seiko Prospex Speedtimer SRQ037J1 is part of the iconic Speedtimer line and Seiko has taken the classic design and updated it with a contemporary flair and materials. When we talk pedigree, Seiko can proudly say it was one of the first to produce an automatic chronograph movement (with Zenith and Heuer also being in the race). To be begin, some specifications: the SRQ037J1 features Seiko's Cal. 8R46, with a vertical clutch and a column wheel, 28800bph and 45 hour power reserve. This 34 jewels gem is truly a step up from other more... plain mechanical chronograph movements and is also visible through the caseback window. The stunning grey dial has LumiBrite lume and of course sapphire glass (also on the caseback window). For every day use the watch is also water resistant upto 100 meters.
